Alcatel Drivers Download
Your device must meet the following requirements to update your software to the most current version:
- 50% or higher battery life
- Wi-Fi or USB connection
Update software versions
Update from a computer
- Make sure that you are connected to the Hotspot Wi-Fi and not the home Wi-Fi.
- Access the Mobile Hotspot Admin Page using Safari, EDGE, or Chrome.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click Device Settings on the left-hand side of options.
- Under Software Updates, click Check for Updates, then click OK to the popup message.
- To have the software update automatically, check the Auto Update radio button, then click Apply.
- On the 'System update available pop-up,' click Download.
- On the 'Download complete' pop-up, click Update.
- On the 'Upgrading' message pop-up, click OK.
